Sexual counseling

I offer sexual counseling in a safe space where respect and openness are my top priorities. Using targeted strategies and methods, I will help you overcome sexual challenges and develop a better understanding of your own sexual behavior. You are warmly invited to share your desires and concerns with me in this protected environment so that we can communicate about sexuality in a relaxed and honest manner. In a world that often creates norms and barriers, it is especially important to provide a supportive space where sexual topics can be discussed without fear or prejudice. I want you to feel comfortable and heard, and to be able to rely on being welcome.

Sex education

Sexual education covers a broad spectrum and goes far beyond simple biological information. In my role as a sex educator, I help children and young people develop a better understanding of their own bodies and their personal boundaries. In my workshops, I address the topics responsibly and adapt them to the age of the participants. Educational sex education plays a crucial role in abuse prevention. I offer workshops for small groups, school classes, and individual one-on-one settings.

Sex education for children

A good start to sex education begins in preschool, before children are exposed to misinformation and overwhelming images from the media or their peers. A comprehensive approach that imparts knowledge and emotional skills is crucial to educating children and protecting them from abuse. Children should also learn to set boundaries and say "no" to build self-confidence and respond appropriately to uncomfortable situations.
